📝 Hiru Apparels Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to join.
You must have a valid NIC, email address, and Sri Lankan bank account or mobile wallet to receive payments.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
2. How It Works
After approval, you will receive a unique referral link through your affiliate dashboard.
You will earn commissions when someone clicks your link and makes a purchase on our website.
Referrals are tracked using cookies for 30 days.
3. Commission Structure
Regular Products: 15% commission
Special Offers: 20% commission
Bulk/Wholesale Orders: 25% commission (minimum quantity applies)
Commission is calculated on the total product price (excluding delivery charges and taxes).
4. Payout Policy
Payouts are made on or before the 10th of each month for the previous month’s sales.
Minimum payout threshold: LKR 1,000
Payments are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Frimi, Genie, etc.)
Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details. Delays due to incorrect details will not be Hiru Apparels’ responsibility.
5. Do’s & Don’ts
✅ What You Can Do:
Promote using social media, WhatsApp groups, email, and word-of-mouth.
Use the content we provide (flyers, images, videos) or create your own.
Always represent Hiru Apparels honestly and professionally.
❌ What You Cannot Do:
Do not spam people or send messages in a way that harms our brand reputation.
Do not make false claims about products or commissions.
Do not use paid advertising (Google/Facebook Ads) using Hiru Apparels name or domain unless approved.
6. Termination
You may leave the affiliate program at any time by informing us.
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate who:
Is inactive for more than 60 days
Violates our branding guidelines or ethics
Tries to cheat or manipulate the system
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, and content provided by Hiru Apparels remain the property of Hiru Apparels.
You may use them only to promote our products as part of this affiliate program.
8. Changes to the Program
We may update commission rates, payout structures, or policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp with 7 days’ notice.
9. Disclaimer
Being an affiliate does not make you an employee or representative of Hiru Apparels.
You are an independent partner and responsible for your own promotional methods, within these terms.
